Cleaning your kitty is an integral part of owning a Persian cat.
Groom your cat at least twice a week for keeping the fur clean and healthy. Grooming your kitten not only helps in making a bond with your kitten but also makes sure that there are no ticks and fleas inside the fur.
Nail trimming is not usually required as the kitten themselves scratch the scratcher toys/post and make their nails blunt.
Cleaning your persians eyes biweekly with cotton and water helps to avoid stain under their eyes.
Kittens don’t require frequent baths since they keep themselves very clean – once a month bath is more than enough for a persian kitten in summers. You can also use a coat brightener or a dry bath so that they smell heavenly all the time.
Make sure your dry each strand of their hair after a bath so that they don’t catch any skin infections. We also suggest using a good conditioner and a diet consisting of all the required nutrients for them to maintain their furry coat.
